Cartwright & Butler Pistachio Shortbread Rounds

As with all our shortbread recipes, these buttery shortbread rounds are perfectly baked to that oh-so crumbly texture. All topped with crunchy pistachios and demerara sugar for a sweet, nutty finish.

Ingredients: Fortified WHEAT Flour (With Added Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Folic Acid, Thiamine), Salted Butter (31%) (Cream, (MILK), Salt), Caster Sugar, PISTACHIO (9%), Corn Starch, Demerara Sugar (2%), Sea Salt.
