Cartwright & Butler Strawberry & White Chocolate Biscuits In Tin

Our inspiration for this recipe came from that classic combination, strawberries and cream. A crisp, crumbly biscuit bake laden

with handfuls of dried strawberries and chunks of fine white chocolate. Which we bring to you in one of our special, reusable

biscuit tins, complete with signature clip-lid tin.

Ingredients:
Fortified WHEAT Flour (with added Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine), Salted Butter (24%) (Cream, (MILK), Salt), Sugar, White Chocolate Chips (13%) (Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Whole MILK Powder, Lactose (MILK), Whey Powder (MILK), Emulsifier: SOYA Lecithin, Natural Vanilla Flavouring), Strawberry Pieces (7%) (Apple Puree, Strawberry Puree (5%)), Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Humectant: Glycerine, Rice Flour, WHEAT Fibre, Rice Starch, Gelling Agent: Pectin, Cocoa Butter, Antioxidant: Ascorbic Acid, Acidity Regulators: Tri Potassium Citrate, Citric Acid; Natural Flavouring, Black Carrot Juice Concentrate, Citrus Fibre), Natural Strawberry Flavouring (0.4%).
