For this Valentine’s Day, our Maîtres Chocolatiers partnered with the renowned Belgian chef Mallory Gabsi to create a limited-edition Valentine’s collection inspired by the idea that opposites attract. Together, we created three refined chocolate hearts with contrasting flavours and textures, a perfect harmony of innovation and craftsmanship.
