Wimbledon Brewery Sparkling Pink NV

Bursting with English red fruit flavours, evoking the Wimbledon Summer, this sparkling rosé is the result of our partnership with our friends at Greyfriars, Wimbledon’s ‘local’ vineyard, located on the south facing slopes of the Hog’s Back.

Produced using the traditional method, from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, hand picked, delicately pressed and matured in cellar for over two years, this wine is dry, light and fruity, perfect as an apéritif or paired with charcuterie or meaty fish.
